Ordering Our Cards

We're a small family concern and we offer a streamlined and efficient online service only. We do not have a physical shop, nor do we operate formal business hours. Online we are open for business 365/24/7 so you can order from us any time of the day and night, all year round. This is the only way we take orders because it is far quicker, more practical, highly secure and more cost effective. We do not take orders over the phone.

Shipping

We supply our cards worldwide. For most of our orders Royal Mail is the quickest, least expensive and most reliable service. Larger orders of, say, 50 or more cards will be sent within the UK & EC by our courier, DPD Local or another major courier outside this area. We keep the actual shipping costs to a minimum for you but please don't forget that packing materials and time also have to be paid for.  

Gift Packs

You may have noted we offer these under 'Packs Of Cards' in our menu above. Those packs are the ones we have come up with for you. But if these are not quite right for you and you would prefer to buy some of our other cards in packs too, then please contact us by email at sales@wwwcards.online and provide us with a list of the cards you'd like in your custom pack/s. We will then send you an online Quotation/Invoice which you may order against by clicking on it and making your payment. Please note: our pack sizes can be in 5, 10, 15, 20 & 25 card quantities.

Returns

We hope you will be completely satisfied with the quality of our card products when you receive them but we recognise that sometimes, for all sorts of reasons, you may wish to return an order to us. You may wish to exchange some or all of your order for other choices of cards or you may want a full refund - either is fine with us. Just pop your cards back to us, preferably within the same packing we used to send them to you, and include a note instructing us what you like us to do. As long as this happens within 14 days of the date of your invoice, it's fine.
